BCAA 2:1:1 Plus B6

BCAA is an abbreviation of the essential branched chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine. These amino acids are in an optimally balanced 2:1:1 ratio. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein and can therefore support muscular growth and function. With added vitamin B6 this further encourages protein and glycogen metabolism and energy yielding metabolic processes.
